TL2020 is a semi-elastic non-asbestos brake band suitable for medium and heavy loads. This is made of a variety of fiber mixed copper wires and then dipped in a special resin. Under heavy load, this dense material shows
Outstanding heat resistance and abrasion resistance and excellent stability. TL2020 is suitable for the coupling surface of cast iron and steel.
 
Applications:
TL2020 has a very wide range of applications in maritime and industrial. Suitable for winches, windlass, winches, strong tamping machines, rope closing machines, cranes, cranes, oil rigs, agricultural vehicles, elevators and construction machinery.
When TL2020 is used in oil, the friction coefficient will be much lower than that in dry state.

TL2003 is a semi-flexible Non Asbestos Brake Lining for medium and heavy duty
applications. The solid composite is woven from several types of fabric containing
brass wire and impregnated with specially developed resins. The dense, tough
material exhibits high resistance to heat and wear and excellent stability under load.
TL2003 is suitable for cast iron and steel working surface.
Applications:
TL2003 is extensively used in marine and industrial applications. It is suitable for
winch and windlass, hoist, crane, winder, drilling and workover rigs, agricultural
vehicle, elevator, and construction machinery. When TL2003 is supplied for use on oil
immersed applications, the friction value will be much lower than it is used in dry
conditions.
