TRH3031 is a rigid moulded product grey in colour utilising Kevlar fibres and a high percentage of brass chippings. TRH3031 offers excellent thermal resistance, compression and exhibits outstanding stability under heavy loads, at the same time maintaining a high resistance to wear. Application
TRH3031 has been specifically designed for use on medium to heavy duty industrial brake/clutch applications, especially gear tooth facings, mechanical drivers and any application requiring a high strength, high friction and low wear material. TRH3031 also can be used in hydraulic oil, but the friction coefficient will be much lower than it is used in dry conditions.
Gear teeth facing only can be produced by mould.
